All rates are for Linux support during office hours (8am – 5pm) and exclude VAT. Travel costs may apply for on-site work.

AD-HOC

Remote Support

Pay only when you need us. Perfect for once-off issues, urgent fixes, or anything that doesn't warrant a monthly agreement.

R950 / hour  ·  1 hour minimum
  • Linux remote support — any supported distro
  • 1 hour minimum per session
  • Office hours: 8am – 5pm
  • Billed in 1-hour increments
  • No lock-in or commitment required

Office Hours

All rates apply during standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. After-hours and emergency support is available — contact us for details.

Rates Exclude VAT

All pricing shown is exclusive of VAT. A tax invoice will be issued for all work completed. Travel costs are additional for on-site support.
