Do you sell AI subscriptions, or just advise on them?

We're vendor-neutral. Our recommendations are based on what fits your workflows, budget and data-sensitivity requirements - not on commission from any AI vendor. Where a free tier or a feature you already pay for (in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) solves the problem, we'll tell you that first.

Is our data safe if we use tools like ChatGPT or Claude for business?

It depends on the account tier. Business and enterprise tiers from major vendors typically do not train on your data and offer a data-processing agreement - free personal accounts generally do not. Under POPIA, personal information entered into a prompt is personal information being processed, so the same rules that apply to a spreadsheet apply to an AI tool. We help you choose the right tier and draft the data rules your staff need to follow.

How long does an AI consulting engagement take?
